    We may not always be immediately available by phone, as I’m often in counselling sessions. If you attempt to call and we do not answer please leave a voicemail/text. Alternatively, schedule a free telephone consultation now to discuss your counselling needs

    Please contact me by email. As I am often in sessions, emails are the best form of contact. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 working hours. You’re also welcome to schedule a complimentary discovery call using my online booking system.

    Our Counselling Space

    My counselling practice is located in Nelson, Lancashire, within a warm, accessible, and thoughtfully designed space, carefully curated to promote comfort, safety, and therapeutic effectiveness. The calming environment is inclusive, supportive, and specifically tailored to accommodate your individual preferences, ensuring you feel respected, safe, and genuinely heard throughout your counselling experience.

    When a walk into this space I feel transformed into a place where I can just pause and be. It takes me away from my busy world and into somewhere else. I never knew what it was to feel “safe” until I came here.
